The Associate Visual Designer will work closely with the Weekly Ad Manager and Art Team to produce creative needed for weekly ad, digital executions and some print executions. They will also photograph items needed for Weekly Ad and online shopping. This position will also assist on larger campaign photoshoots as needed.
Main responsibilities:
Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: weekly ad, website, email, digital, social, and print
Collaborate with other designers by brainstorming new ideas together and offering helpful feedback on designs
Capture high-quality on-white product photographs for use online or in weekly ad.
Edit and retouch photos using Adobe suite
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that photographs for use online or in a weekly ad
Manage and organize photo assets
Must learn and adhere to brand guidelines for all brand specific creative content
Design other creative projects to support marketing strategies as needed
Assist Designer/Photographer Lead on large campaign photoshoots as needed
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
Degree in Integrated, Digital, or Graphic Design
Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment
Minimum 1 year of professional photography experience including lighting, composition, and editing.
Pervious product photography experience is preferred
Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High organized with a keen eye for detail
