This is an onsite position in San Diego, CA. It is a year‑round internship with an expectation of 20–28 hours per week during the school year and the opportunity to work full‑time during academic breaks.
Summary The
Product Management AI Intern
will support Product Management and Engineering teams by applying AI‑driven tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed across key business processes. This role will focus on enhancing Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) by using AI to accelerate data collection, normalization, and competitive analysis. The intern will also leverage AI to streamline the Engineering Solutions Group quoting process, improving turnaround time and consistency. In addition, the intern will assist in triaging and responding to technical support inquiries, using AI tools to help deliver timely and accurate customer responses.

Faster and more accurate MRD creation
Reduced quoting and customer response turnaround time
Improved quality of competitive and market analysis to support new product development (NPD)
Enhanced customer support efficiency and satisfaction
This internship offers hands‑on experience applying AI to real‑world product management, engineering, and customer support challenges
Requirements
Junior or Senior year studying engineering, marketing, data analysis or technical communications
Ability to solve problems, be detailed oriented and conscientious about all work completed
Good interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Must be able to commit minimum 20 – 28 hours per week during the school year. Up to 40 hours during summer break
What We Offer
Intern pay range for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
