This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data.
Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data.* Benefits vary by location and may include:

+ Retirement plans**What we look for*** Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a science or related field.* 7 years of progressive proposals & contracts experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with at least 4 years at a Contract Research Organization (CRO).* 4+ years management experience required, including at least 3 at a CRO, either as an individual contributor or people manager.* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills;* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements.* Excellent working knowledge and understanding of the nature and tasks needed to conduct clinical trials in a full service clinical research organization required.* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple and often competing priorities with professionalism* Strong presentation skills to prepare Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for interfacing and serving as a consultative partner with internal and external customers.* Experience in leading process improvement initiatives.* Ability to maintain and improve people-oriented, collaborative team culture with a demonstrated ability to mentor and coach.*Automated Decision Making: All applicants are reviewed by a member of the Veristat Talent Acquisition team; Veristat does not utilize an automated decision-making process.*#LI-SI1Veristat is an equal opportunity employer.
