About This Role The Webinar Marketing Manager role is responsible for strategically planning and executing content across multiple platforms, driving pipeline growth by creating high‑impact assets that span the entire marketing funnel. This role requires strong, conversational writing skills to simplify complex topics and demands cross‑functional collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure content is timely and addresses industry needs. The role also includes hosting and producing webinars, requiring the candidate to pitch topics, manage logistics, and maintain a professional public presence to capture qualified leads and position the company as a thought leader.
Role Responsibilities
Drafting and Publishing Content:
Writing, editing, formatting, and publishing new blog posts, case studies, or white paper segments.
Content Performance Analysis:
Reviewing data to determine which recently published content generates the most clicks and leads.
Pitching & Planning:
Researching market trends, competitor activity, and customer pain points to brainstorm and formally pitch new high‑value webinar topics and content series.
Editorial Calendar Management:
Updating the editorial calendar in a project management tool to track deadlines for current assets.
SEO Optimization:
Working with partners to identify high‑potential blog posts to refresh data, update keywords, and internally link content to boost search engine ranking.
Webinar Preparation and Execution:
Creating, reviewing, and finalizing guest lists, dates, and slide decks for upcoming webinars.
Live Event Hosting:
Hosting or moderating live or on‑demand webinars.
Ideal Candidate
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Content Marketing Experience:
Minimum of 2‑5 years of professional experience in a content role, focusing on creating educational and lead‑driving assets.
Exceptional Storytelling Skills:
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with different buyer personas and translate complex concepts into clear, understandable content across various regions.
Strong Research & Editorial Command:
Expertise in thorough research, combined with strong writing, editing, and expert command of grammar rules and attention to detail to ensure professional, flawless, and compliant content.
Project and Deadline Management:
Proven ability to manage an editorial calendar, adhere to fixed deadlines, and coordinate assets/reviews across multiple stakeholders (Sales, Product, Leadership).
