Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility service products. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position.

Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Qualifications Required:
Active driver’s license.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT medical certification.
Documentation of previous employment.
Also:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED, or Military service.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork drive.
Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 – $90,000 per year. This includes base salary plus earned commissions. The range may vary based on skill set, experience, performance and other factors.
