Job Summary Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Lead Nuclear Medicine Tech functions as a resource person for personnel involved in Nuclear Medicine Procedures and performs Nuclear Medicine Technologist duties as required. The role coordinates the flow of work, delegates, oversees and guides staff, follows up on activities of Nuclear Medicine Technologists, resolves routine and complex problems, and ensures the department operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling, timekeeping, compliance monitoring, and implementing audit recommendations.

Qualifications
Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine Technology (N)
Completed American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) training by the end of orientation
Two or more years progressively more responsible Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
