The Role Overview The Design Manager will lead a team of designers within a structural components environment, overseeing truss and wall panel designs from initial request through final quote. This role combines leadership and technical expertise—managing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and supporting competitive pricing. You’ll mentor a growing team, collaborate with sales and production, and serve as a key point of contact for customers. Strong experience with MiTek software and a background in truss or wall panel design are essential.
