We’re Looking For We are seeking a Digital Remarketing Specialist to support the execution and growth of our digital vehicle remarketing service. This role is crucial for managing vehicle inventory, driving digital sales performance, and ensuring seamless transactions from listing through vehicle release.

Client‑Focused: Capable of communicating sales results and providing data‑backed recommendations directly to clients.

You Will
Manage digital sales performance for assigned vehicle inventory.
Ensure accurate listings, quality imaging, and competitive market positioning for vehicles.
Monitor sell‑through, buyer engagement, and time‑to‑sale metrics, recommending pricing adjustments based on market activity.
Serve as the primary contact for assigned recovery vendors and storage locations.
Set clear expectations around imaging, condition reporting, documentation, and vehicle release timelines with partners.
Ensure adherence to LaneLink operational standards and resolve operational issues quickly to avoid sales disruption.li>
Maintain consistent communication and accountability across recovery and storage partners.
Communicate sales results, pricing outcomes, and inventory performance directly with clients.
Clearly explain marketplace activity and provide data‑backed recommendations to clients.
Ensure timely client follow‑through on required documentation, including titles and other transaction‑related materials.
Track title status and proactively resolve gaps that could delay funding or vehicle release.
Coordinate internally to ensure vehicles are fully transactable and sale‑ready.
Track and report on KPIs including days‑to‑list, time‑to‑sale, title turnaround, and release cycle times.
Maintain accurate data within CRM and internal systems.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Support seamless post‑sale coordination to ensure a positive buyer experience.
This role acts as a key liaison between recovery/storage partners, clients, buyers, and internal teams on a regular basis, requiring strong cross‑functional communication and relationship management.
Must Have’s
1–3 years of experience in sales, automotive, logistics, operations, or vehicle remarketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple external partners and client relationships.
Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and performance data.
Clear, professional communication skills.
Nice To Have’s
Exposure to wholesale automotive, recovery operations, or auction environments.
Familiarity with vehicle titles, lien releases, and transaction documentation.
Experience working in a digital marketplace or CRM‑driven environment.
