Visualization Designer – Commercial Interiors

Position Overview We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is organized, curious, a strong communicator, and a connector who can manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced organization. With over 500 account executives across our commercial brands, the Design Services department provides design solutions for our flooring in collaboration with our account executives and their customers. This role is based in Cartersville, GA with a minimum of three days required in the office.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret architectural plans, schematic design documents, and redlined revisions to accurately translate design intent into conceptual drawings and visualization outputs.
Create high‑quality 2D and 3D visualizations that reflect architecture, product applications, and customer needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, on‑brand deliverables.
Develop installation guides, layout standards, and supporting documentation that accompany renderings, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Partner closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to support project flow, meet timelines, and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by supporting sales executives, internal stakeholders, and clients with responsive communication and accurate visual solutions.
Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and evolving company product lines to enhance design relevance and strategic insight.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture from a CIDA‑accredited college/university, or Architecture from a NAAB‑accredited college/university, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of interior design or architecture experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Revit, and AutoCAD.
Position based in Cartersville, GA with a minimum of three days required in the office.
