The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to take on a pivotal executive role with a focus on shaping the commercial future. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales engine across various portfolios. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions and lead transformative growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and scaling a sales organization, owning pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and RFP execution, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key national accounts. The VP will also be tasked with aligning sales, marketing, and operations for revenue growth, driving market intelligence, and overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance reporting. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and commercial leadership, and expertise in pricing strategy and contract analysis. Experience in working with wholesalers, GPOs, and retail channels is essential, as is advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
