Director - Pathology

Complexity of Work: Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation and laboratory services. Ability to effectively relate and communicate, orally and in writing, with internal and external customers. Advanced knowledge of laboratory information systems. Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Five (5) years of managerial/supervisory experience required. Other Information: Bachelors degree is preferred.Additional Education Info: in Histotechnology or Medical Technologist or In a job related field.
