You’ll
Work On • Coordinates and leads the implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement tools and systems in support of site goals and objectives. •
Facilitates
and coaches cross functional improvement events to deliver positive and
measurable
results for the business. • Supports the continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with the Continuous Improvement Department. Coordinates with operational leadership to ensure alignment and
optimal
use of resources related to continuous improvement. • Works with site leaders to develop long term facility plans and capacity models. • Develops and trains continuous improvement methods such as value stream mapping, 5S, line balancing, standard work, and material
flow
to
internal resources within the organization. • Collaborate with management to hire and
retain
a diverse
, highly qualified staff. • Provides input for identification of department goals which align to strategic
objectives, and
manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring. •
Maintains
a safe and professional work environment. •
Maintains
positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. Qualifications: -
Bachelors
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline - 4+ years experience - 3-4
years experience
with post graduate degree Preferred: - Experience leading
Continous

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
