At Forbo Flooring Systems, we are looking for an Online Marketing Coordinator to join our Global Marketing team in Assendelft, the Netherlands.
In this role, you will support local sales organizations and Global Marketing in a centralized digital marketing setup. You will contribute to a broad range of online marketing activities, from content and campaign support to digital tools, dashboards, system integrations, and online product launches. Your work will help strengthen Forbo’s digital presence, improve customer engagement, and support commercial performance across markets.
What you will do As Online Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues in Global Marketing, Local Marketing, IT, and Product Management. You will help ensure that our online marketing activities are consistent, effective, and well executed across countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Digital assets and online content Support the creation of content for campaigns, social media, online publications, and other digital initiatives
Review, improve, and optimize digital assets such as selection tools, floor planners, and other online tools
Localization and market support Coordinate with local marketing teams on translations and localization of online content
Handle online requests from local markets and provide operational digital support
Support smaller or low-staffed markets with CMS usage and digital tools
Product and collection management online Publish new collections online and ensure they are ready for use across different countries
Support Product Management and Design teams in digital roll-outs
Tools, platforms, and innovation Manage divisional accounts such as Publitas, Foleon, and Thinglink
Support the rollout and updating of digital tools such as dashboards, reference app, and BIMobject-related initiatives
Explore and support new digital opportunities, including chatbot solutions and tools such as Google My Business
Digital platforms and system integrations Contribute to online projects together with IT, such as webshop, CRM, PIM, and marketing automation initiatives
Support data consistency across digital and communication systems
What you bring We are looking for a proactive and hands-on digital marketer who enjoys variety and can keep multiple projects moving in parallel.
Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Online Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital or online marketing
Experience in a digital marketing agency or in a role supporting multiple markets/accounts is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English plus at least one additional European language
Experience with CMS systems and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
Affinity with content creation and content management
Experience with Google Analytics and dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio
Experience with paid digital campaigns, ideally across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and YouTube
Understanding of digital ecosystems involving CRM, PIM, marketing automation, and web platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable managing deadlines and multiple priorities
Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and countries
Motivated to learn, improve, and help others succeed
A team player with a strong sense of ownership
