The Integrated Marketing Specialist leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role works closely with the Brand & Creative and Growth & Demand teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically planned, well-coordinated, and delivered on schedule.
This position requires a strong understanding of how modern marketing campaigns are built and executed. The Integrated Marketing Specialist translates marketing strategy into structured campaign plans, leads cross-functional coordination, and drives campaigns from concept through launch. The ideal candidate brings both advanced marketing experience and strong project management capabilities, enabling them to lead complex marketing initiatives and ensure consistent execution across channels.
Candidates may be hired at the Level II or Level III designation depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
What You’ll Do Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, website, digital marketing, social media, and print
Translate marketing objectives into structured campaign strategies, timelines, and execution plans
Develop comprehensive campaign briefs outlining goals, messaging, target audiences, channels, and required assets
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Brand & Creative, Growth & Demand, merchandising, and sales teams to execute campaigns successfully
Own campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule across all participating teams
Ensure campaign messaging, creative assets, and channel execution remain aligned with brand standards and campaign strategy
Identify risks, dependencies, and timeline challenges and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives moving forward
Support the launch and rollout of marketing initiatives across all channels and ensure coordinated campaign execution
Work with the Growth & Demand team to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing planning processes, campaign workflows, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Need Minimum Qualifications (All Candidates)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience coordinating marketing initiatives or campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Integrated Marketing Specialist (Level II) Candidates considered for the Level II role typically demonstrate:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through launch
Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple teams or marketing functions
Ability to develop campaign briefs and manage campaign timelines
Experience working with marketing tools such as marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, or project management systems
Ability to review campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
Integrated Marketing Specialist III Candidates considered for the Level III role typically demonstrate:
5–7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
Demonstrated experience leading complex or multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong ability to translate marketing strategy into structured campaign plans
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, digital, and marketing operations functions
Ability to independently manage campaign planning, timelines, and cross-team coordination
Experience interpreting campaign performance insights and applying those learnings to improve future marketing initiatives
