TWO DAYS in NYC office (one Wednesday/ other flex) About our client: Our client is an independent, New York-based media planning and marketing solutions firm focused on building customized strategies that maximize media investment. Known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture, the team works across a dynamic and ever-evolving media landscape to deliver impactful results for clients. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their digital media team and looking for a Programmatic Media Strategist to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional group. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across channels while working closely with both strategy and traditional media teams. The Role This person will manage digital campaigns end-to-end—from planning through execution and reporting—ensuring strong performance and alignment with client goals. You’ll work closely with leadership to optimize campaigns, improve processes, and develop forward-thinking strategies. What You’ll Do Support programmatic and direct campaign planning and execution (RFPs, IOs, partner outreach, negotiations, media plans) Manage campaigns across Display, Online Video, Streaming Audio, and OTT/CTV Translate media plans into clear trafficking instructions and partner with AdOps on setup and QA Monitor pacing, budgets, billing, and reconciliation Analyze performance and build client-facing reports with actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaigns Ensure accuracy of creative specs, tags, and pixels Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies Partner with account teams to align on client goals and deliverables What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in digital media, programmatic, or media buying/planning Strong sense of ownership over campaigns, timelines, and budgets Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights internally and externally Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); Power BI is a plus Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, inventory types, optimization strategies) Familiarity with tools like Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify, IAS Passion for media, technology, and consumer behavior Why Join?
