Position Summary
Walmart Creative Studio (WCS) is the in‑house creative agency for Walmart. Our team develops breakthrough and distinctive design systems and creative conversations that drive business objectives and keep our Fortune #1 brand in the culture. Key Responsibilities
Support best‑in‑class work on Fashion PDP photography and site assets with a focus on product.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and materials at every level of the consumer journey.
Build relationships with peer teams such as marketing, the fashion office, and editorial to support business growth and continuity.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an art director or similar role in the fashion retail industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing photography and/or graphic design.
Strong collaboration and time‑management skills.
In‑depth understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Figma, Office 365, and Slack.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a creative role and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
Reporting
Reports to Associate Creative Director, Fashion.

Salary: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 – $186,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock options may also be available.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field and 1 year’s experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or a related field OR 3 years’ experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Content Management Systems.
Managing interactive projects in an online creative or related digital field.
Working for or with creative agencies.
Proficiency in advanced Adobe Creative Suite functions (e.g., multi‑layer masking and compositing).
