Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored pool design consultations, and fostering positive client relationships. Responsibilities also include delivering presentations, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process while upholding the company’s high standards of service.
Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
Customer relationship management and communication skills to provide exceptional service and address client needs effectively.
Basic knowledge of construction processes or pool design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related positions is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and projects efficiently.
Proficiency in using sales technology tools and CRM software is an advantage.
