Commercial Lines Account Manager - Client-Focused Insurance

Kismet client, Holloway Insurance, Inc., is currently looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. They are alocally operated independent insurance agency that has two locations, Columbiana & Lisbon, OH, that’s been serving the community since 1902. Responsibilities : Communicate clients’ needs and binding instructions to carriers Implement and maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents Coordinate and review Commercial Lines renewal business Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures Utilize the agency management system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent account information Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients Make necessary contacts both inside and outside of the organization in order to obtain client requested information Support sales efforts by managing assigned new business submissions and accounts as effectively as possible Requirements: 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience with an independent agency Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; Agency Management System (AMS 360) experience preferred Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must State of OH Producer's License for Property & Casualty Holloway offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical and Vision insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), a 401(k) with company match, Long-Term Disability coverage and Paid Time Off.
