Content Marketing Manager

Equilar is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the creation of high-impact content for Equilar Insight, our HR technology platform. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who can translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives that engage executive audiences and drive demand. You’ll play a key role in shaping our voice in the market—owning content across channels, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and elevating Equilar’s thought leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute high-quality content across formats, including website copy, product marketing assets, email campaigns, blogs, and LinkedIn posts Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executive audiences Events Manage content and provide planning support as needed for all in-person client events Webinars & Campaign Support Own and manage the webinar calendar, partnering cross-functionally to plan, promote, and execute client-facing webinars Create supporting content to maximize attendance, engagement, and post-event impact Product & Thought Leadership Marketing Craft messaging, campaign assets, and sales collateral for Equilar Insight Manage thought leadership initiatives, including research reports, studies, and executive-level content Digital & Social Marketing Develop and optimize LinkedIn content to expand reach and engagement Support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement SEO & Website Optimization Optimize website content for clarity, conversion, and search performance Ensure messaging aligns with brand positioning and evolving product strategy Media & Press Collaboration Support media outreach tied to annual studies and respond to ad hoc press opportunities Help position Equilar as a trusted voice in executive compensation and governance Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and external partners to ensure content aligns with go-to-market strategies and demand generation goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR BS/BA degree from an accredited university (preferred majors include: marketing, communications, media studies, creative writing, business and digital media) 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging Experience creating content for executive or enterprise audiences Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategy, SEO best practices, and demand generation content Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ABM strategies or SaaS marketing is a plus WHY JOIN THE EQUILAR TEAM?
