Role Overview
Rite Track Productions is seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts for a growing portfolio of music brands and a dedicated roster of three core artists . This isn't just a coordination role; you will be the creative architect behind every release, digital campaign, and brand evolution. You will bridge the gap between artistic vision and commercial growth, ensuring our artists cut through the noise of the global music market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Artist Growth: Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies for three artists, aligning releases with long-term career goals and "out-of-the-box" growth tactics.
Paid Media Mastery: Plan, implement, and optimize Meta Ads and Google/YouTube Ads campaigns to drive streams, views, and fan acquisition with a focus on high ROI.
Content Strategy & Collaboration: Strategize with content creators to plan high-impact social media assets. You aren't just posting; you are directing the narrative.
Creative Direction: Brief videographers and photographers for content shoots, ensuring all visual output aligns with the artist’s brand identity.
Campaign Management: Oversee the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution across social, digital, PR, and live channels.
Team Leadership: Mentor the social media team, approve all posting schedules, and foster a culture of creative accountability.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze audience data and campaign performance to pivot strategies and uncover new fan engagement opportunities.
Outreach: Proactively connect with influencers and music industry professionals for strategic collaborations and partnerships.
KPI: Manage bi-weekly KPI’s
Must-Have Requirements
Connectivity: Own a reliable PC/laptop and high-speed internet.
Power Resilience: Must have a proven power backup solution (Inverter/UPS) to remain online during Loadshedding or outages.
Schedule: Ability to work the 1*:00 – 02:00 SAST shift to align with PDT business hours.
Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, specifically within the music or entertainment industry.
Technical Skill: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics.

You understand why a song goes viral on TikTok, how to scale a YouTube channel via paid and organic efforts, and how to tell a story that makes fans feel like they are part of a movement.
