POSITION SUMMARY
FAH Marketing Managers are responsible for managing and implementing advertising, marketing and community awareness programs to help drive traffic and home sales in designated neighborhoods. To accomplish this goal, the Marketing Manager must partner with community sales consultants to build neighborhood specific marketing programs, manage community events and area outreach activities.
Other key responsibilities include production and distribution of collateral materials, community webpage maintenance and coordination with the digital marketing and communications teams responsible for digital advertising, media relations and social media. The position is a strategic resource and collaborates with marketing and sales leadership and the larger marketing team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with community sales consultants to build and executes independent marketing plans to drive leads, traffic and sales in support of designated communities.
Creates marketing collateral and plans special events for designated communities, adhering to FAH brand standards.
Maintains individual webpages, as part of the FAH website, for designated communities.
Collaborates with digital marketing and communications teams to drive leads and exposure of communities.
Tracks, analyzes and reports on marketing performance including lead generation, conversion rates and traffic by community and source.
Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with representatives of community, developers, realtors and various interest groups.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field required.
A minimum of three years of marketing management experience.
Real estate background or exposure to construction development is required.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools and CRM systems. Experience with HubSpot preferred.
Technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including CRM (HubSpot preferred) and those integral to desktop publishing and website maintenance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Ability to build positive working relationships with team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
