About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the enterprise marketing vision, operating model, and strategic roadmap in line with the organization's aggressive growth objectives. This role demands a leader who can partner closely with the executive team, particularly the CEO, to ensure that the marketing strategy is scalable and revenue-generating. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with building and scaling the marketing function, including establishing the department, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and operating as a player-coach during the early stages of team development.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Marketing at the company include demand generation, revenue acceleration, brand positioning, and category leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B business services marketing, with a focus on enterprise demand generation and complex buying cycles. They should be adept at designing and implementing a data-driven demand engine, optimizing the marketing funnel, and identifying high-value customer segments. The role also requires a strong command of digital strategy, CRM, marketing automation, and funnel analytics, as well as the ability to balance performance marketing with long-term brand equity creation. The VP of Marketing will be expected to champion a metrics-driven culture, evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack, and ensure tight alignment between marketing investment and business outcomes.
