Regional Electrical OEM Account Manager
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This individual will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with electrical and original equipment manufacturers (E/OEMs) to expand the reach and participation in key market segments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players. What will you do? Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit and business potential. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential E/OEM partners Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements Collaborate with internal teams such as LOB, offer, marketing, pricing, and operations to ensure smooth integration of E/OEM products and services Monitor and report on the performance of E/OEM partnerships What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
