Account Manager (AV Integration & Workplace Technology Solutions) - St. Louis, MO
We are a fast-growing provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in audiovisual systems, commercial interiors, and technology-driven environments. Our team partners with organizations to design and deliver spaces that enhance communication, collaboration, and user experience. We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in AV integration, technology solutions, or commercial project environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing client relationships, supporting AV-driven projects, and expanding existing accounts. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within AV and workplace technology projects Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, general contractors, and key stakeholders Collaborate with AV design engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution Support the development of AV system solutions, including displays, control systems, conferencing, and collaboration tools Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and system recommendations aligned with client needs and budgets Manage project timelines, expectations, and communication from kickoff through completion Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and proactively address any issues Identify opportunities to expand AV scope, upgrades, and additional services within existing accounts Track account activity, pipeline updates, and revenue performance Stay up to date on AV technologies, including collaboration platforms and integrated systems Requirements: 35+ years of experience in: AV integration, AV sales, or account management, OR commercial technology, low-voltage systems, or related industries Strong understanding of AV systems such as: conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms), control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX), displays, audio systems, and collaboration tools Experience working with integrators, contractors, or corporate clients Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus CTS or other AV certifications are a plus (not required)
