Training Executive
Summary: A Training Executive is a highly organized, confident presenter. This role combines hands-on product education with account support and strategic partnership. You'll lead in-office workshops, educate providers on protocols and business best practices, and serve as a trusted training partner for both new and established accounts. You'll represent the brand with professionalism, consistency, and energyensuring accounts are equipped to grow and stay aligned with the ZO philosophy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct 3+ workshops per month, strategically clustered within a 50-mile radius to maximize regional impact Partner with Sales to prioritize accounts for training and coordinate patient events while in-market Deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences, from individual providers to full teams (both in-person and virtually) Plan and coordinate all aspects of each workshop, including venue set-up and follow-up reporting Ensure consistent brand messaging in every interaction and training format Travel approximately 75% of the time (3 weeks per month on average; varies slightly by calendar month) Stay highly organized while adapting to last-minute changes in scheduling or logistics Provide detailed post-training insights to Sales and Training leadership Support national training initiatives, launches, and certifications as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: A licensed esthetician with a passion for skincare education Experienced in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings Comfortable presenting to large groups and tailoring content to different audiences Skilled in time management, planning, and communication Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Polished, professional, and comfortable representing a luxury brand Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing travel, training, or event needs Located within 60 miles of a major airport Able to lift to 50 pounds and travel with product or event materials Holds a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and has reliable transportation Previous experience in training or field education B2B sales experience Patient-facing experience in medical aesthetics (dermatology or plastic surgery preferred) Experience coordinating or hosting provider or patient-facing events Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
