Director Of Children's Ministry
The Director will champion our mission of partnering with families to help children build a strong foundation of faith, identity, and confidence through biblical teaching, intentional play, and meaningful relationships. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing a thriving, Christ-centered environment where children grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically. Responsibilities Include: Provide spiritual leadership and ensure alignment with Freedom Church's vision and values Oversee daily operations, curriculum direction, and classroom excellence Lead, hire, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture Build strong relationships with families and communicate clearly and consistently Manage enrollment, budgeting, staffing, and overall program administration Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for all children Time Investment: Full time (36 hours) salaried position Prerequisites: A growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Freedom Church's beliefs Experience in early childhood education (degree preferred) Previous leadership and/or administrative experience Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills
