Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead (5665) with Security Clearance

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to oversee branding, visual communications, and design strategy supporting federal and DoD communications initiatives. Position Responsibilities: * Lead creative direction across print, digital, and multimedia products * Ensure brand consistency across all communications deliverables * Develop high-quality visual concepts and campaigns * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to design staff * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission objectives into visual solutions Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field * 10 years of professional design experience * Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, layout, and multimedia work * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD, Federal, or Public Affairs organizations * Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design Security Requirements: * Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check. * Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Government background investigation and meet suitability requirements.
