As a Senior Data Strategy Consultant (Mensch) you develop and implement data strategies in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to realize data-driven solutions. Your area of responsibility includes maximizing the value of customer data assets, always ensuring consumer trust and data privacy. Data Strategy Development: Guide the development of data strategies for our customers' media activities with a focus on 1st party data strategy, data partnerships, and data enablement. 1st Party Data Strategy: Work together with our customers to develop a strategy on how they can collect, store, and activate their 1st party data while considering consumer trust and data privacy. Data Partnerships & Platforms Strategy: Identify the right data assets in the market with which our customers can enrich and support their own data. Guide the onboarding of these data through innovative platforms and media activation channels. Data Enablement: Support our customers in integrating available data signals in media and creative strategies throughout the entire planning and activation process. Consultation and Collaboration: Work closely with AdTech managers on the implementation of operational AdTech projects, contributing strategic insights and customer background. Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and new technologies and offer thought leadership and POVs to your colleagues & customers on the ever-evolving data and MarTech landscape. Qualification: Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) or comparable training with a technical focus. Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in media data strategies and/or the activation of biddable media (search, social, programmatic) and AdTech. Expertise: In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations, best practices for data activation, and digital marketing strategies. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to lead data strategy projects and work effectively in teams. MarTech-affinity: Familiarity with MarTech solutions and data management platforms (CDPs, CRM) is an advantage. Language skills: Fluent German and English in speech and writing.
