Executive Vice President (EVP)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Vice President to lead and grow a flagship financial technology client relationship. This role oversees a multimillion-dollar account and serves as a trusted senior advisor to clients while leading a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team delivering impactful digital and CRM solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital, CRM, and performance marketing, with a proven record of expanding client partnerships and delivering data-driven, lifecycle-focused solutions. They are adept at navigating complex, matrixed organizations, collaborating with partner agencies, and influencing C-suite stakeholders. Responsibilities
Lead the Client Partnership:
Serve as the senior-most relationship lead for a major financial technology client, fostering deep trust and collaboration with C-suite and senior marketing executives. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and guide holistic brand and business strategies that drive measurable impact across awareness, consideration, and conversion. Integrated Digital Marketing Oversight:
Own the strategy and delivery for end-to-end digital and lifecycle marketing, directing Audience Strategy, Digital & CRM, Social, and new platform initiatives. Coordinate with agency partners (e.g. Branding, Media, PR) to deliver a unified, cross-channel experience. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary agency team, ensuring alignment, creativity, and operational excellence. Executive Stakeholder Management:
Balance and navigate complex internal and external stakeholder needs, working seamlessly across agency leadership, holding company partners, and client executives. Data & Insights:
Champion the use of data, analytics, and audience segmentation to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement. Growth Mindset:
Identify and activate opportunities for account growth through new service offerings, innovative partnerships, and thought leadership. Qualifications
18-20+ years
of experience with a focus in driving growth in CRM, digital and performance marketing within an agency or consulting organization. Agency holding company experience is preferred. Proven track record of
growing
large-scale client relationships
(multimillion-dollar portfolios) and
leading large cross-disciplinary teams in complex, matrixed environments. Expertise across
data and audience segmentation, CRM, digital strategy, social, influencer, and content marketing. Experience leading development of campaigns with addressable/owned channels such as, digital display, email, push, SMS, social media, and web and integrating them with other channels in collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners. Strong confident executive presence
with ability to
influence and advise senior/C-level clients and stakeholders
. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
with a passion for creativity and innovation. Experience working with Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics teams along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, and Epsilon is preferred.
