We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of repairs for a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify damage and assess repair needs - Utilize knowledge of automotive repair and mechanical systems to determine the most effective and cost-efficient methods for repairing damaged vehicles - Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle repairs, including labor and parts costs - Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs - Communicate with customers to discuss repair options and provide detailed estimates for their approval - Keep accurate records of all estimates and repair work performed - Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair methods - Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions with customers and team members - A strong background in automotive collision repair is preferred but not required. - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Proficiency with estimating software and other technical tools - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects - A valid driver's license and a clean driving record -CC1 Experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Employee discount - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance
