Field & Product Marketing Manager

At AssuranceAmerica, we're looking for a Field & Product Marketing Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact for the independent agents who power our business. You need to be a strong communicator, a creative problem solver, a skilled copywriter, and an email marketing expert. You will own agent lifecycle marketing and campaigns, translating business objectives and product updates into compelling content and communications that inform, engage, and enable our agent partners. You will champion the voice of the agent at every stage, gathering feedback and staying ahead of their evolving needs. From email campaigns and product launch support to sales enablement assets, branded merchandise, and event support, you'll be hands-on across the full marketing lifecycle, collaborating closely with sales, product, and learning & development teams to bring ideas to life. What You'll Do Product Launch Support & Campaigns Help coordinate new product launch and feature release activities to inform and engage agents. Maintain an internal marketing launch calendar and assist in cross-team communication. Lead strategy and execution for agent lifecycle marketing and communications with a focus on email. Partner with sales and product teams to onboard and enable independent agent partners by creating and deploying marketing materials, content, and campaigns across print, email, digital video, and social channels. Content Creation Write clear, well-structured content for: sell sheets, emails, social media, how-to guides, blog posts, and other marketing collateral. Work with internal and external designers to build re-usable templates. Sales Enablement Maintain digital and print marketing assets, templates, and playbooks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all sales team and independent agent communications. Work with external vendors to create unique, standout "swag" and promotional items. Provide marketing support for company-owned and industry-led agent expos, events, and trade shows. Agent Insights Occasionally visit independent agency offices to conduct in-person interviews and build relationships with agent partners. Gather and distill agent feedback through online surveys to stay on top of evolving needs and uncover opportunities for improvement. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of successful field and product marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively across teams. Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for sales teams and agent audiences across digital and print channels. Experience supporting field marketing, partner marketing, channel marketing, or sales enablement initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders. High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability. Bachelor's degree in a marketing or communications related field preferred. Experience working with CRMs and email marketing platforms Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are strongly preferred. Work Environment and Physical Requirements This is a full-time, in-office role at our Atlanta headquarters five days a week. We understand life happens and offer flexibility to accommodate personal and family commitments. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed. This is a desk-based role requiring the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. Adjustable desks are provided to support a comfortable and flexible workspace.
