What Will You Do as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Sealed Air?

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be the driving force behind Lean transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floorfocused role where you will coach teams, lead Kaizen events, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement. You will work directly with plant leadership and frontline teams to embed Lean thinking into daily operations and ensure improvements are sustainednot episodic. Why Do We Need You?

Lead and sustain Lean manufacturing initiatives across plant operations. Coach and train operators, supervisors, and leaders in Lean principles. Drive cultural change through hands-on implementation, not theory. Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops. Standardize Lean tools and methods across sites. Lean Tools You Will Apply Daily Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Standardized Work Kaizen & Continuous Flow Kanban & Supermarket Design Takt Time & Production Flow SMED / Quick Changeover (QCO) 5S & Visual Management Error Proofing (Poka-Yoke) Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Measurement & Impact Develop and maintain Lean project tracking and reporting Quantify and communicate financial impact of improvements Ensure consistency and sustainability of Lean gains Partner with global CI teams to share best practices What Do You Need to Succeed?

Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred: Industrial, Chemical, Electrical) 5+ years experience driving Lean in a manufacturing environment Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred Proven success leading Kaizen events on the shop floor Strong facilitation, coaching, and change-management skills Ability to influence without authority and engage frontline teams Passion for developing people and building a CI culture Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
