Community Engagement Specialist
is responsible for Educating the public about addiction and the multiple pathways to Recovery, recruiting participants, and networking with community-based organizations in collaboration with peer volunteers. Assisting Young Adults on their pathway to Recovery/or help maintain a strong Recovery. Representing the Center by providing presentations to community organizations and agencies within the Lawrence area to raise awareness about our services and programs. Coordinating and hosting informational tables at events in collaboration with agencies located in Lawrence, Haverhill, and Methuen. Peer Leaders will participate in these events to engage directly with the community and share their lived experiences. Partnering with the Peer Volunteer Coordinator to plan and support monthly in-house events at the Center, ensuring smooth execution and active peer involvement. Qualifications
Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish & English) Must have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
