Allianz Amphitheater is seeking ushers / ticket takers to provide safe, organized, and welcoming entry and seating experiences for all guests. This role plays a critical part in crowd flow, guest communication, and overall event operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position. What This Role Will Do: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and scan tickets accurately and efficiently Direct guests to seating sections, amenities, and venue features Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, accessibility, and policy compliance Manage crowd flow in entry gates, aisles, and seating sections Respond to guest questions and escalate concerns when necessary Enforce venue policies professionally and respectfully Assist with ADA seating and accessibility needs Support post-show egress and venue clearing procedures Communicate clearly with guest services, security, and operations teams What This Person Will Bring: Strong customer service skills and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume and loud environments Clear verbal communication skills Strong situational awareness and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors Team-oriented mindset Equal Employment Opportunity: Live Nation is passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
