Browning Collision Center is looking for a skilled Body Shop Estimator with proficiency in CCC1 and Mitchell to join our team immediately. About Us: Browning Collision Center has proudly served the Cerritos Auto Square and surrounding areas for over 30 years. Our experienced, customer-focused staff is dedicated to processing claims efficiently while ensuring the highest level of service for our customers. We aim to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as seamless and stress-free as possible. As a full-service automotive collision repair facility, we work with all insurance companies to provide quality service and repairs. Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities: Submit supplements and assist with production as needed. Obtain detailed customer and vehicle information. Accurately report vehicle symptoms as described by the customer. Prepare comprehensive and precise estimates for labor and parts costs. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Set expectations with customers regarding the timeline for repairs. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. Provide clear explanations of completed work and associated charges to customers.
