We are looking for somebody who LOVES marketing, cares about providing a high level of service, and wants to be part of something super rad. :) Summary The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting marketing, creative, and social media design efforts for clients and Hart & Highland. This role works directly with the Art Director and supports deliverables across clients for the Hart & Highland team. The ideal contractor will have a strong passion for graphic design, digital & social marketing and look forward to working within a fast-paced team environment with multiple consumer brands. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high level of determination to meet and overcome challenges. Responsibilities Execution of design projects for clients and Hart & Highland across multiple channels Brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas that align with project goals and brand guidelines Collaborate with teams across Hart & Highland to develop and execute design and mixed media projects that align with client brand standards and overall project goals Support with Hart & Highland marketing collateral and presentations Identify any design challenges and work collaboratively to find creative solutions to continue optimizing workflow Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to enhance your skills and creativity Effectively manage project timelines, ensuring scope and deadlines are met through planning and coordination with cross-functional teams Qualifications / Skills Approaches challenges with creative solutions, strategic recommendations, and a positive attitude Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail Ability to turn strategy and insights into compelling visual design Experience with project management software is a plus (Asana, Slack, etc.) Experience working as a Graphic Designer, DTC brands or agency experience a plus Experience in digital marketing, email marketing design, branding, and social media a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
