Byld Commerce Advertising Content Creator Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a creative and driven Advertising Content Creator to join our team at Byld Commerce. In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience producing high‑performing content for paid advertising campaigns across a variety of brands, including sports, wellness, lifestyle, pet, and beauty. You will work closely with our marketing and growth team to develop, test, and optimize UGC‑style content designed to drive customer acquisition and revenue. Key Responsibilities Create high‑performing UGC‑style content including short‑form videos, gifs, and static assets for paid advertising Produce content across multiple niches including sports, wellness, lifestyle, pet, and beauty brands Collaborate with the marketing and growth team to develop ad creatives aligned with campaign goals Assist in brainstorming and testing new creative angles, hooks, and content formats Edit and optimize content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines while also contributing original ideas Analyze top‑performing ads and replicate winning styles and trends Deliver content on a consistent schedule to support ongoing ad campaigns Iterate on content based on performance feedback and data insights Qualifications Required Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital advertising Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools) Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short‑form content trends Ability to take direction and execute creative briefs effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable being creative and experimenting with new content styles Preferred Experience creating UGC or content for brands or personal social media accounts Understanding of paid advertising and what makes a high‑converting ad Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar On‑camera confidence (optional but a plus for UGC‑style content) Previous internship or freelance experience in content creation or marketing Key Skills Creative thinking and storytelling Video editing and content production Understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior Time management and ability to handle multiple projects Attention to detail and content quality Adaptability and willingness to iterate quickly based on feedback Gain hands‑on experience creating content for real paid ad campaigns Learn how top‑performing ad creatives are developed and tested Exposure to multiple industries including sports, wellness, pet, and beauty Work closely with a growth‑focused marketing team in a fast‑paced environment Develop skills in performance marketing and creative strategy Build a portfolio of high‑impact content used in real campaigns Application Process Please submit your resume detailing your educational background, relevant work experience, and personal/service information.
