Entry Level Technician

will provide mentorship, continuous learning, and guidance to undertake challenging tasks to build the necessary skills to become a Master Technician.

The progression from entry-level to master technician involves the commitment and grit to learn and excel in the automotive repair industry by developing basic service skills to acquire advanced mechanical skills.

Role Responsibilities

Develop a strong foundation in basic maintenance and hands-on understanding of vehicles.

Perform oil and filter changes, inspect and fill fluids (brake, power steering, and coolant) and check tire pressure.

Lubricate moving components, replace air filters, perform tire rotations, and conduct basic inspections for leaks, wear and tear.

Advise customers on recommended services based on vehicles and mileage.

Master advanced vehicle diagnostics, focusing on electrical engine performance and complex systems that require specialized software and equipment.

As experience and knowledge improve, acquire leadership positions such as mentoring junior technicians and conducting the most complex diagnostic and repair issues.

Onboarding process completed within days of applying!

Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Initial pay is based on experience.
