Product Marketing Analyst

Blue Owl Global Client Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Marketing Analyst to contribute to the development and execution of compelling messaging, positioning, and content for Blue Owl's Real Assets product offering(s) with a focus on net lease and digital infrastructure strategies. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and/or interest in real assets markets, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling marketing collateral across email, web, fund materials and thought leadership. Responsibilities Develop clear, differentiated, and client-centric messaging for the real asset product suite, including narratives that highlight the role of real assets in diversified investment portfolios. Collaborate with portfolio strategists, investment teams and subject matter experts to translate complex strategies into digestible and engaging materials. Create high-quality content, including product brochures, factsheets, marketing messages, insights, sales presentations, and digital assets. Responsible for product performance updates and material management. Responsible for quarterbacking quarterly shareholder letters and webcasts featuring product strategists and portfolio managers. Ensure consistent messaging across all regions, channels and document management systems. Partner closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, portfolio strategists, digital & campaigns and marketing operations to ensure alignment and successful execution. Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and client preferences to inform messaging and content development. Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and relevance. Qualifications 0-2 years of marketing experience within financial services, with a focus on real estate or digital infrastructure preferred. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). The base annual salary range for this New York-based position will be $80,000 to $100,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
