El Camino Health is seeking a dynamic leader to join as Senior Director, Integrated Talent & People Strategy, playing a key role in advancing organizational transformation in Mountain View and Los Gatos, California!

The Position
The Senior Director, Integrated Talent & People Strategy will design and execute a unified talent ecosystem that strengthens attraction, retention, development, mobility, belonging, and well-being, ensuring the employee experience operates as a connected system that advances the mission, culture, and growth the El Camino Health care system.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader will oversee four direct reports and teams supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, DEI, and Employee Health & Wellness.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a clear people strategy roadmap, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved, that enhances the employee and manager experience as the organization grows. Key priorities include partnering with operations on workforce planning for the new hospital, expanding employee development and leadership opportunities at all levels across the organization.
The ideal candidate must be results-driven with a demonstrated track record of delivering tangible outcomes. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proven collaboration and change management capabilities. The candidate must be adept at working with senior executives and effective at building strong relationships.
This role is open to working Hybrid with three days in office, and two working remotely.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred.
SHRM certifications preferred, PHR or SPHR, and PMP certification required.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience including strategic roles in talent management, workforce planning, HR operations or HR business partnership required.
Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $230,000 to $320,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
