
Marketing and Branding Specialist – Koinonia Coffeehouse & Be More Random Grace

Position Overview Grace Klein Community is seeking a Marketing and Branding Specialist to lead and execute the marketing vision for Koinonia Coffeehouse and Be More Random. This role will steward existing platforms, strengthen brand presence, and create content that reflects the stories unfolding through each space.
The coffeehouse operates as a community-driven space open daily from 6 AM to midnight, designed for connection, discipleship, creativity, and meaningful conversations. This role will increase awareness, engagement, and foot traffic while also expanding the reach and sales of Be More Random’s handmade goods.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Branding
Execute and refine marketing strategy for Koinonia Coffeehouse.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
Strengthen product branding and messaging for Be More Random.
Promotions and Campaigns
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Develop seasonal promotions, product launches, and collaborations.
Create campaigns that increase engagement and drive traffic.
Social Media and Content Creation
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Create consistent, high-quality, mission-driven content.
Highlight partners and community stories.
Design flyers, signage, menus, and packaging.
Digital Store Management
Optimize Etsy listings with strong descriptions and visuals.
Increase traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
Explore new online sales channels and partnerships.
Event Promotion and Community Engagement
Promote coffeehouse events, including live music, workshops, and gatherings.
Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to increase participation.
Encourage opportunities to serve, give, and connect.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, branding, or content creation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and projects.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Passion for community impact and storytelling.
