Commercial Artistic Renewals (C.A.R.) is seeking an experienced commercial construction sales professional to form a channel partnership and help expand our presence within the architectural door, millwork, and interior finish ecosystem.
About C.A. Renewals C.A. Renewals specializes in field-level services that restore installed products and keep commercial projects moving forward without costly replacements or schedule delays.

Field finish correction & touch-up
Product reputation protection in the field
We work with manufacturers, distributors, and general contractors who require a trusted field partner to resolve finish issues, protect value of installed products, and maintain project schedules.
The Position We are looking for the right sales partner, someone who understands the industry, values long‑term relationships, and wants to generate additional income by bringing a proven specialty service to accounts they already serve.
This is a commission‑only channel partnership designed for an established professional who already maintains active commercial construction relationships and wants to add a complementary, high‑margin service to their current portfolio.

Is comfortable working within a commission‑based structure
Is seeking to add a complementary, high‑value service to their existing portfolio
This partnership works best for someone already active in the industry who wants to expand their earning potential through existing relationships.
Compensation This structure is designed to create meaningful incremental income through relationship leverage while protecting long‑term stability.
7% of project revenue (net sales) on originated projects
Commission paid upon collection (typical collection timelines are standard commercial net terms)
Applies to successfully completed and profitable projects
Quarterly performance review structure
Project sizes vary across our client base, creating earning potential at multiple levels of engagement.
