OPPORTUNITY - CIVIL ENGINEERING DIRECTOR Our multidisciplinary A&E firm is seeking a Director of Civil Engineering to lead and strengthen our civil discipline across national retail programs, federal facilities, industrial developments, higher education campuses, municipal infrastructure, and complex site development projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor Civil Engineering staff
Coordinate with architecture, engineering disciplines, and consultants
Support business development and proposal efforts
Strengthen Cyntergy’s Civil Engineering platform
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license and NCEES Registration is required
15+ years of civil engineering experience
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role
Leadership experience in multidisciplinary design environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
