SAP Alliance Market Development Director
Location – Anywhere in the US
As part of our Global SAP Partnership team you will contribute to our corporate success by managing Wipro’s collaboration with SAP for North America based on specific targets. In this role you will report to the Global Head of the SAP Partnership. You will work closely with Wipro’s regional sales teams, client partners, various business units and marketing as well as our partner to sell solutions jointly along with SAP.
Key responsibilities
Partnership alignment with SAP in the North America market
Initiating and executing proactive account alignments to get engaged early in the sales cycle with SAP
Develop opportunities in Wipro focus accounts through proactive engagement with SAP, and other Ecosystem partners
Ensuring a proper governance of the existing partnership and a high level of partner satisfaction
Creating and cultivating new contacts, especially on an operational level
Creating and executing business plans per region as basis for generating new business opportunities in North America
Developing and executing of demand generation campaigns/GTM focusing on industry-related and jointly agreed initiatives
Preparing and following up of senior management meetings between Wipro and the partner
Leading regular pipeline reviews to ensure a high level of transparency on both sides
Operating effectively in a matrixed enterprise environment, and driving alignment across multiple leadership forums
Required experience
15+ years of experience in alliance management, consulting, or business development, specifically with SAP ecosystems.
Deep understanding of SAP solutions, partner programs, and industry trends.
Drive strategic partnerships.
Expertise in managing alliance strategies, enhancing co-innovation, accelerating go-to-market plans, and ensuring compliance with partner programs.
Cultivating relationships with SAP leadership and internal teams to drive collaboration and revenue.
Managing the SAP partner program to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
Identifying, developing, and executing initiatives that increase SAP-related sales and market share.
Delivering financial reporting and performance metrics related to the alliance's impact.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
