Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize executive operations and scheduling
Lead strategic projects from planning through execution
Coordinate with external advisors (legal, finance, consultants, vendors)
Manage household operations and service providers
Build and formalize systems across the family office
Handle complex logistics and travel planning
Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting a founder, executive, or private family office
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging modern tools and AI platforms
