Role Overview Responsible for implementing Performance & Goals modules within a regulated Irish environment, ensuring alignment with governance and workforce frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Performance Management and Goal Management modules
Design performance cycles aligned to organisational KPIs
Support calibration and goal alignment processes
Integrate with compensation and payroll inputs
Ensure GDPR and Irish data protection compliance
Facilitate stakeholder workshops in English
