Leasing (office, retail, industrial)
Development and financing
Real estate joint ventures
Key Responsibilities
Originate and grow a portable real estate book of business
Lead complex commercial real estate transactionsServe as primary relationship partner for real estate clients
Collaborate across corporate, tax, and finance practices
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Partner or Shareholder-level experience
Minimum $500K portable book of business
Strong transactional and client development background
