Your role at Clorox: As the accountable leader for this role, you will be responsible for driving the logistics strategy across our Brands and bringing the Brand strategies back to Logistics. You oversee various crucial, Brand level, aspects such as cost, network capacity robustness/agility, innovation, and sustainability within a mixed enterprise network. This role requires strong financial acumen by effectively analyzing logistics costs, budgeting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making. Leverage financial insights to identify opportunities for cost optimization and ensure alignment with the organization’s profitability goals. This role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional value for our spend portfolio, which encompasses both fulfillment and transportation resource optimization, supporting revenue of approximately $800+ million. You will specifically focus on enhancing the performance and success of Brands within the Business Units. Your expertise and dedication will be critical in ensuring the sustained growth and success of our organization. Strong analytical skills are essential to evaluate complex logistics data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. Your ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies will ensure optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement across the organization. In this role, you will: Serve as the Logistics SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between Logistics and BU Partners, representing the entire organization and OTC&C capabilities with the BU. This includes interactions with senior stakeholders in the Organization, acting as a truly business leader for the BU. Supporting and driving our Logistics strategies, with a strong focus on enhancing cost, capacity agility, innovation, and sustainability. Responsibilities will include actively supporting the design, execution, and implementation of Logistics tools and techniques to deliver optimal value. Strengthening the direct linkage between our Business Units, including R&D, Legal, Marketing, Finance and the Logistics Group. Developing professional relationships with members from shared resource groups (Procurement, Project Management, Quality, etc.) and Business Units (BU V.P./General Managers, Marketing/Sales Managers, Finance, and Supply Chain Leadership) will be a crucial aspect of your role. Managing Network performance encompasses tasks such as monitoring and evaluating our performance at a BU level across various KPIs (Quality, Supply, Cost), and implementing action plans to ensure continuous improvement. Building and developing a world-class organization, providing guidance, direction, and coaching to a team of direct reports. Your expertise will help define and implement best practices within the team and beyond. Additionally, you will mentor others within and outside the Logistics Group, contributing to talent attraction and retention within the Clorox Logistics and Supply Chain Groups. BU facing Lead on addressing short- and medium-term issues related to Services and Quality Performance while also running point to review the impact of enterprise forecast changes to the BU. Lead scenario planning conversations with the BU. Ensure balance between BU priorities with retailer needs and supports customer growth objectives. BU Facing lead within IBP Integrated Supply Alignment meetings as well as the Supply Chain Squad. Ensure effective business continuity. Conducting root cause analysis processes will be essential in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and driving positive changes. Engage directly and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Operations, Supply Planning) to streamline decisions and remove unnecessary intermediaries. Participate early in customer-specific planning and innovation processes - bringing Logistics & BU expertise into discovery, scoping, and development from inception to reduce late-stage issues. Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability by actively resolving issues, addressing root causes, and ensuring consistent follow-through on commitments. Deliver consistent tools, insights, and guidance to enable accurate selling, forecasting, and customer communication across team. Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home What we look for: 7+ years of proven expertise in navigating the complexities of a matrixed environment 4+ years of people management experience Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) OR MBA is highly preferred Must have proven experience operating in a Logistics environment, manufacturing and/or Planning experience preferred. Leadership skills demonstrated experience driving positive results through teams in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Ability to drive change and breakthrough performance improvement across a team Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical skills demonstrated through the ability to deliver financial results. Communication skills at senior management level both internally and externally. Experience managing and strategically influencing stakeholders and driving accountability.
