Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Orlando, FL. As a Business Account Executive at Metronet Business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new business clients. Day-to-day activities include developing relationships with potential customers, presenting tailored fiber-optic solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to retain and grow accounts. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and provide training to clients on product offerings.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to acquire new accounts.
Excellent Customer Satisfaction and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Organization Skills to manage multiple accounts, schedules, and deadlines effectively.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and conduct Training for clients on products and services.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM tools and technology for tracking and reporting sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
