Our client is seeking a dedicated EV Technical Service Agent to join their innovative team. As an EV Technical Service Agent, you will be supporting the technical diagnostics and remote troubleshooting of Energy Home charging equipment.
Job Title:
EV Technical Service Agent
Location:
Complete remote (Candidate will only need to come onsite for the first 3 days for training)
Pay rate:
$29 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of Energy Home charging equipment
Provide resolution guidance for site visits and streamline issue escalation as needed
Support customers through live troubleshooting calls to ensure high satisfaction
Create and update cases in Salesforce, managing parts logistics and warranty claims
Assist in training other agents and contribute to process improvements
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years experience as an electrician or working with electrical components
Experience in EV charging equipment repair or installation preferred
At least 2 years in a customer‑facing or call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
